Cancellation Policy for Assistive Technology Evaluations & Services
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate the needs of our clients while also respecting the valuable time of our service providers. To ensure clear communication and fairness for all parties involved, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations Without Penalty:
- Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring any fees if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- Cancellations can be communicated via email, text message, or phone call. Please ensure you receive a confirmation of your cancellation from our team.
Cancellations Within 48 Hours:
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a charge equal to half of the service rate.
- This charge also applies in situations where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away at the location, or if the client is not available at the time of the scheduled appointment.
Provider Cancellations:
- In the rare instance that Assistive Technology Evaluations & Services must cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, we will prioritize rescheduling the appointment at a new time that suits the client, without any penalty. This is subject to the availability of our service providers.
Travel and Custom Quotes:
- For services requiring travel outside of Central Florida, please note that customized quotes are non-refundable once booked. This policy reflects the commitments and arrangements made in advance to accommodate these special requests.
