EquaAccessMath (“the App”) is developed and published by Assistive Technology Evaluations & Services LLC (“Developer”).

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the EquaAccessMath mobile application and describes how information is handled within the App.

The App is designed for educational use and accessibility support. It does not require user accounts and does not transmit user data to external servers.

EquaAccessMath does not collect, transmit, or store personal information on external servers.

All content created within the App, including but not limited to:

• Mathematical equations
• Notebook content
• User-entered text
• Graph data
• Accessibility settings

is stored locally on the user’s device only.

The Developer does not have access to user-generated content.

The App may request access to:

• Device camera
• Photo library

This access is used solely to allow users to:

• Capture or import images of mathematical content
• Process those images locally within the App

Images are processed on the device and are not transmitted, uploaded, or stored on external servers.

EquaAccessMath is designed for use in educational environments and may be used by children under the age of 13.

The App does not collect personal information from children.

• No user accounts are created.
• No personal identifiers are requested.
• No data is transmitted to external systems.

All content remains stored locally on the device.

Because no personal information is collected or transmitted, parental consent is not required under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

EquaAccessMath is designed to support educational environments.

The App:

• Does not transmit student data.
• Does not store student data on external servers.
• Does not share student information with third parties.

Student work remains under the control of the device user and/or educational institution.

The App does not use:

• Advertising networks
• Analytics services
• Tracking technologies
• Third-party data collection SDKs

No personal data is shared with third parties.

All user-generated content is stored locally on the device.

Users may delete content at any time by:

• Deleting notebooks within the App
• Removing exported files from their device
• Uninstalling the App

Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored App data.

All information is stored locally on the user’s device and protected by the device’s operating system security features.

The Developer does not maintain external databases of user information.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Updates will be posted at the same URL with a revised effective date.
